A little bit about Grace Church.

Passionate People...seeking more of Christ in our everyday lives so that we might be prepared to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Good News, without fear or feeling self-conscious, and enjoy the blessing that faith in Him brings. We have chosen to live the life of a Christian and become true followers of Jesus Christ. We are not only passionate about our lives in Christ, but also about reaching out and showing the love and compassion of Jesus Christ to our community in new and transforming ways, so that others may experience the love of Christ first hand, choose to follow Him, and live into the abundant life God has for them in Christ Jesus.

Relevant Worship...that is free-flowing and spirit-led. At Grace Church, we strive to worship in Spirit and in truth (John 4:24), in such a way that is relevant to society and pleasing unto God. We also recognize that worship is not something that is just done on Sunday mornings, but is lived out in our daily life. Whether it is through the traditional hymns or the contemporary praise, Grace Church desires to provide an open and loving environment in which individuals across all generations and backgrounds can worship the Lord Jesus Christ and do so in a way that speaks into their individual lives here and now. Through prayer, praise, and the spoken word, the Holy Spirit provides us with the strength, encouragement, and inspiration to live out the Christian life of faith, not just on Sunday mornings, but in every aspect of our daily lives, bringing glory to God in all that we do.

Life-Changing Message...We believe that the Gospel message of Jesus Christ is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes (Romans 1:16), and that it changes lives for the better. Therefore, it is what we unapologetically preach, teach, and proclaim. It is this Gospel message, that God so loved the world that He gave his only son (John 3:16), that not only saves us from sin and death, but continues to speak truth into our lives today, transforming unto the likeness of Christ. It is the only source of salvation, resurrection, hope, and abundant life. No matter who you are, what you have done, or where you are in life, it is our desire for you to know that God loves you and has a plan and purpose for your life. It is the grace, forgiveness, and love that is found in Jesus Christ and a personal relationship with Him that has made a difference in each one of our lives and can bring transformation in your life as well.

Today we continue to strive to fulfill the mission of the United Methodist Church which is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We do so by seeking new and transforming ways to bring the gospel message to Southern York County by reaching out into the community and showing the love of Jesus Christ in all that we do. I-83 South toward Baltimore.
Take exit 4 toward PA-851 W/Shrewsbury.
Merge onto PA-851W/E. Forrest Ave.
Turn Right onto Mt. Airy Rd.
Make a left onto Plank Rd.
Grace Church is on the left just before the bridge.

From Baltimore, Md and South:
I-83 North toward Towson.
Follow signs for I-83 North towards Timonium/York, Pa.
Take Pa. exit 4 toward PA-851 W/Shrewsbury.
Merge onto PA-851W/E. Forrest Ave.
Turn Right onto Mt. Airy Rd.
Make a left onto Plank Rd.
Grace Church is on the left just before the bridge.
